Viewpoint is seeking an experienced media buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment. As our media strategy encompasses all video formats — including linear, streaming, and social — candidates should have hands-on experience across both traditional and digital platforms. This role will be responsible for planning, launching, pacing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across self-serve digital platforms, as well as executing linear media buys.
In this role you will:

Launch campaigns across platforms, including but not limited to DSPs, Meta, Google, Broadcast, Cable and Satellite

Manage and optimize in-flight campaigns, tracking performance and pacing to make recommendations to maximize impact

Work collaboratively with other members of the ad ops team as well as the broader team to support launch and reporting
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed at Viewpoint:

Experience in tracking and managing large data sets. Added points for proficiency in BigQuery and Tableau.

The ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously

Self-directed mindset with the ability to take ownership of troubleshooting issues as they arise

Have meticulous attention to detail while setting up campaigns and running QAs
-
Passion for political change and electing strong Democratic leaders
This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits. The position is based in any of our offices (New York City, Phoenix, Denver, or Berkeley) with a hybrid work schedule. The location preference is New York City.

Viewpoint is seeking an experienced traditional media buyer to join our team. This role requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment. While our media planning spans all formats—including linear, streaming, and social—this position will focus specifically on supporting traditional media placements. Responsibilities include launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across cable, broadcast, terrestrial radio, out-of-home, and print channels.
In this role you will:

Plan and launch campaigns across TV, radio, OOH, and print/publisher activations.

Request and evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate rates, and confirm availability.

Enter, update, and manage buys within STRATA and Eleven platforms.

Submit insertion orders and traffic instructions; confirm creative specs and deadlines.

Gather post logs, affidavits, and delivery reports to support post-buy analyses.

Assist in the invoice reconciliation process, confirming deliveries and resolving discrepancies.

Keep campaign records organized for billing and auditing purposes.

We plan for all media – inclusive of linear, streaming and social – but this position would assist with digital placements. This role will be responsible for launching, pacing, monitoring and optimizing paid media campaigns across self-serve platforms.
